Wellington Floors Are Estate-Grade

From January through April, Wellington is the global center of show jumping and polo. The Winter Equestrian Festival hosts 12 weeks of competition at Wellington International. The International Polo Club runs its high-goal season simultaneously. Tens of thousands of riders, grooms, owners, and spectators move through the village. Behind the public-facing show grounds, hundreds of private estate barns and training facilities operate at full intensity — aisles being washed, wash stalls running constantly, tack rooms restocked between rides.

The flooring inside those facilities cannot be standard residential epoxy. A polo barn aisle takes hoof traffic, manure, urine, hose-down water, and disinfectant five times a day during season. A wash stall sees stallion-strength impact, scalding water, and Lysol every shift. Tack rooms hold tens of thousands of dollars in saddles and equipment that can’t sit on a dusting concrete floor. We spec barn coatings the way industrial coatings engineers spec a food-processing plant — because the use intensity is comparable.

On the residential side, Wellington estate garages aren’t storage spaces. They’re multi-bay collector facilities, often holding six-figure or seven-figure vehicle inventories. Metallic epoxy in the right pigment combination, finished with a high-clarity aliphatic urethane, turns the garage into a showcase that’s visible through every glass garage door panel from the driveway.
